Pryor Harvey won a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the lottery's scratcher game. He picked up the bike at the Lynchburg Harley-Davidson shop Wednesday afternoon.

Harvey won the motorcycle in the Virginia Lottery after he purchased his winning ticket on his way to work in Roanoke. He describes winning his 2008 Harley Davidson 105th Anniversary Fat Boy as ‘a dream come true,’ because he has always wanted a Harley, but said he couldn’t ride it just yet because he doesn’t have a motorcycle license.
