Library branch to hold seminar to fight fraud

The Rustburg Branch of the Campbell County Library will host an Avoiding Investment Fraud Seminar at 10 a.m. Sept. 24. The seminar is sponsored by the Virginia Division of Securities and Retail Franchising and will explain how your state regulators operate to protect you from investment fraud. This seminar is free and open to all.
