ALEXANDRIA - Congress should tackle energy policy when it convenes in January with expanded Democratic majorities, Senator-elect Mark Warner, D-Va., said Wednesday.

Mark Warner continues to hold a solid lead over Jim Gilmore in the U.S. Senate race, according to a Mason-Dixon Research poll released today.

Former Gov. Mark R. Warner said his U.S. Senate campaign raised about $2.5 million in the first quarter.
