Former Redskins greats Art Monk and Darrell Green are kicking off a statewide charity tour in anticipation of their induction into the NFL Hall of Fame later this summer.  They are signing autographs at Liberty’s Williams Stadium during Liberty’s fireworks celebration on June 29, 2008.
