—THE SCOOP: Hensley pitched a no-hitter, a one-hitter and a two hitter in three wins last week, with 33 strikeouts in 17 innings pitched. She also batted .429 with a triple and four RBI.

—SCHOOL: Appomattox
—SPORT: Baseball
—POSITION: Pitcher
—YEAR: Senior
—THE SCOOP:  Dudley tossed 17 strikeouts in a two-hit, 2-0 victory over Brookville last week then struck out 17 more and didn’t walk a batter in a 2-0, one-hit win over Amherst in Monday’s first round of the Heritage Invitational.
Emily Brzycki

—POSITION: Left fielder
—YEAR: Senior
—THE SCOOP: Brzycki went 4-for-4 with a three-run triple, in the Pioneers’ 16-1 victory over E.C. Glass, a team they beat twice last year. She then caught four fly outs and threw two runners out — one at home and one at third — in a loss to Jefferson Forest.
