Fridayfootball.com’s Week 9 saw its share of outstanding performances. Here are three of the best.

Fort Chiswell Running Back Chris Rodriguez rushed for 211 yards and four touchdowns in the Pioneers’ 39-13 win over Narrows. Fort Chiswell moves to 8-1 overall and has qualified for the playoffs for the first time in 19 seasons.

Wesley Gates, Staunton River senior wide receiver, scored four touchdowns in the Golden Eagles’ 31-20 win over Alleghany, catching touchdown passes of 36 and 37 yards from quarterback Cody Jones, returning a kickoff 97 yards for another touchdown and an interception 50 yards for a final score.

Gretna running back Andre Dickerson rushed for 219 yards and five touchdowns on 21 carries in the Hawks’ 33-20 victory over Dan River.
