Ryan Wheeler led a five-runner contingent from Areva that captured its third consecutive team championship in Saturday’s Virginia Ten Miler. Altavista improves to 4-0 with rout of R-H

ALTAVISTA — Chris Clark scored three rushing touchdowns on just nine total carries to highlight an Altavista attack that produced 187 rushing yards in a 57-14 rout of Randolph-Henry.

Clark started off the Altavista scoring with a 5-yard run in the first quarter. The Colonels added two more touchdowns in the first quarter, a 15-yard fumble return from Lee Miller and a 16-yard strike from Johnny Wimbish to Jarrod Hunt.
