Firefighters tell us the flames burned quickly through Danny and Vickie Daniels' home.
The couple says they were inside when the fire sparked.
Vickie thinks she burned her foot trying to escape.
The couple's five cats and dog annabelle also escaped safely.
The Daniels do have insurance.
The Red Cross is providing them with a place to stay, food and clothing.

A fire destroyed a home in Bedford County near Vinton this morning.
The home is off Farmer Lane, which is off Virginia 24 (Stewartsville Road).
WSLS Newschannel 10 has a crew on the scene.
