E.C. Glass High School
w Oct. 11: Annual Mercy Care Centre Foundation African Dinner, 6 p.m. at E.C. Glass. Event includes authentic African food and a silent auction. The guest of honor is Patrick Lumumba, headmaster of the Mercy Care Centre in Mathare Valley, Nairobi, Kenya. Tickets ($20) can be purchased at the door or by calling 434-942-6575, 434-525-6812 or by contacting Patty Worsham at E.C. Glass High School. All proceeds go directly to feeding and educating the children of the Mercy Care Centre Schools.
Heritage High School
