Campbell County’s Board of Supervisors will meet today at 1 p.m. in the Haberer Building in Rustburg.
- The Virginia Department of Transportation and the county will hold a public hearing on a proposed six-year road plan. Since funding is tight in upcoming years, the hearing will be different than in years past, with presenters able to comment and suggest road additions and improvements.
- Supervisors will decide whether to allow the county registrar’s office to speed up purchasing electronic poll books by several months in order for the county to test the equipment during primaries, which have a lower turnout than elections.
- Supervisors will decide on a resolution proclaiming April as Child Abuse Prevention Month.
