A teenage girl was arrested and charged with assault and felony hit and run after authorities said she got into a dispute over a boy at a party.
The 17-year-old left a party on Beverly Hills Circle shortly after midnight Sunday morning, said Sgt. A. J. Wagner of the Lynchburg Police Department. She was upset over a dispute regarding a boy and when she left, she tried to hit one person with her car and sideswiped two other vehicles before leaving the scene.
