A Bedford man is now a twice-convicted sex offender.
Jesse Biliter, 38, pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated sexual battery and electronic solicitation in Campbell County Circuit Court.
A 12-year-old girl told investigators Biliter bought her condoms, bras and underwear and walked in on her trying on the undergarments. She also says Biliter put his hands under her shirt and told her it’s OK to have sex. The girl says Biliter sent her 13-year-old friend MySpace messages, asking her to have his baby.
Biliter was convicted in 2006 in Bedford on two sexual battery charges involving a minor.
Biliter is listed on the Virginia State Police sex offender registry. He’s currently in Lynchburg’s Blue Ridge Regional Jail.
