John Vasvary, athletic director for Brookville High School, has been named AA Activities Administrator of the Year by the Virginia Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
The recognition was given April 4 at a ceremony in Roanoke.
The VIAAA promotes achievement standards in interscholastic athletics and works for better public relations between schools, according to its Web site.
