Jefferson Forest 46, Rustburg 21
FOREST — Cavaliers quarterback Hunter Hannell passed for two touchdowns and ran for another as JF rolled over the Red Devils.
Hannell had TD passes of 57 and 49 yards to Colby Rhodes and Harrison Loy, respectively, on a 4-for-5 night for 131 yards. The Cavaliers, who led 35-0 at the half, got touchdown run from Rashad Hall, Jeff Brown and Marcus Jones. The Cavaliers defense bottled up Rustburg most of the game and forced two safeties.
Craig Paulhus, Uriah Hammond and Marcus Jones scored TDs for Rustburg, all in the fourth quarter.
