Moneta's Amy and Ricky Hall are two people you don't want to challenge at a barbeque. The two are headed to the horseshoe championships--an event they compete in every year. Next week the two will make their tenth trip to the World Horseshoe tournament. Every year it is in a different city, but they say they see the same familiar faces.
Both have made championship class--or the top 16 in the past. The rankings are based on ringer precentage, how many you get out of one-hundred. Ricky has won the Virginia men's championship before, while Amy has dominated the women's side, winning fifteen of the past sixteen years. Together..they have won 12 straight doubles titles.
